What does a process server do?
Process servers are needed to perform various tasks such as filing court papers, retrieving documents, and serving legal documents. Their main job, however, is to deliver or more appropriately, to “serve” legal documents to defendants/respondents or people involved in court cases.

How long does it take to get papers served?List Item 3
Turn-around-time can vary from Drumheller Process Server to Process Server. However, this is something that can be determined in most cases by you, which usually leads to a higher cost. Most Process Servers rates for the following speeds of service:
• Same Day Service
• Rush Service (first attempt usually within 2 days)
• Routine Service (first attempt with 5-7 days)

Do you guarantee the documents will be served?
Unfortunately there is no guarantee that we will be able to serve someone. But rest assured we do everything in our power to try and get the job done. It's in our best interest to give you a good result and we go above and beyond to do so.

Drumheller is our home base. We would provide Process Service within a 100 km radius. Some of the towns included would be;

Do you provide Bailiff or Sheriff services?
No we do not. Our services only include service of documents.

Where can Process Service take place?
Service is usually done at the recipient's home or place of business. Sometimes, if the intended recipient is being evasive, service may be served at alternative locations. Service can be successfully served in all sorts of public locations as long as all local laws are followed.
